At one point in 2020 I Had 3800+ EUR on my account.
I am having problems with Bet2U I registered with them on November 2019 and since then I have played with them. I am having problems with Bet2U withdrawals I've emailed the Curaçao Gambling Commission and they don't reply either. Will not reply to emails, customer service on live chat still saying the same 'we've sent your query on to the relevant department' They are a joke and so corrupt. Update - 27th May, still waiting on my withdrawal. I'm with bet365 now and they are so much better. I wish I never signed up with this company, they are a joke. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager but they tell me I can't or there is none!!! They draw people in with their free bets and bonuses but if you win they will never pay out. Their customer service is appalling, all they say is 'we have forwarded your query onto the revelant department'. I am still waiting on someone to contact me. I went through their Skype verification process previously and had already submitted various forms of id. After winning around €250 I tried to withdraw it and I am now waiting close to a month, and not one person can give me an update. ANYONE THINKING OF JOINING THIS COMPANY - PLEASE DO NOT.
